Ministry of Defence - information management
Having no structured and documented Information Management Plan had led to a lack of trust by senior stakeholders in the quality of the information, which led to delays in decision making and an excessive distribution of documents. In addition, the project information was vulnerable to a breach as security policies and procedures had not been considered.
Our Information Management specialist quickly understood the importance of securing, filing, naming and maintaining the sensitive project information for the complex, technical project. Using the proven framework for Information Management of ISO27001, the specialist created and implemented a structured Information Management strategy and plan.
